The Mill

When we originally opened our doors we purchased our products from other mills. In 1986, after growing frustrated with inconstancies in quality and supply, we opened our own mill. Currently we produce over 1,000 different moulding profiles, a wide selection of solid and engineered hardwood flooring, and a full range of staircase components.

 

In addition to our extensive range of hardwood moulding, we also produce our own line of designer moulding. The Nucasa Designer Moulding collection has been designed with careful attention to detail, size and proportion. We also use a unique process to create our line of composite moulding. This process allows us to produce custom designs that can be painted or stained.
